Tropiccoli Smoothie
This enzyme rich anti-inflammatory smoothie is a perfect start to your morning. As a cruciferous vegetable, broccoli is rich in many minerals and vitamins which helps our body to heal and maintain its essential functions. With fruity banana and pineapple added, the raw green taste of broccoli is tastefully masked.
INGREDIENTS – SERVES 1 ADULT
110g Banana
200g Pineapple
1/2 Avocado
50g Brocolli
300g Filtered Water
Pinch of Ground Tumeric
DIRECTIONS
1) Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 30 seconds until a smooth consistency.
2) Pour smoothie in a glass and decorate with fresh mint leaves.
3) Serve immediately!
