100g Black vinegar
50g brown sugar
120g old ginger
150g black beans
100g seitan or wheat gluten
100g black fungus
Soak the black beans overnight and drain.
Peel off the skin of old ginger, crush and pat dry.
Soak mushrooms and black fungus separately.
Cut the seitan into small pieces and deep fry them until its colour turn golden.
After the mixture of black vinegar, brown sugar and water is boiled, add all the other ingredients and simmer until fragrant.
Expels the cold and wind in the body, promotes the flow of body`s qi and blood circulation, nourishes the blood and helps with calcium absorption, as well as fights against flu.
