Blueberry Tofu Smoothie
Blueberries are a great source of anthocyanin, an antioxidant that gives the luscious purple
colour in the skin of the berries. When blended, the powerful phytonutrients in blueberries is
more easily absorbed by our body.
INGREDIENTS – SERVES 1 ADULT
|120g||blueberries (fresh, if unavailable use frozen)|
|⅓ box||silken tofu|
|1 tbsp||ground flaxseed|
1) Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 30 seconds until a smooth
2) Pour smoothie in a glass and decorate with fresh herbs and lemon.
3) Serve immediately!
