About Eco-Harmony
Founded in 2007, Eco-Harmony is a social enterprise with a mission to support Kampung Senang’s charity and education initiatives. We achieve this by offering tasty, healthy food and promoting a holistic approach to wellness. Our philosophy embraces a preventative approach to health, integrating wholesome living practices into our community-focused activities.
Our Initiatives
Eco-Harmony’s programs and projects include:
Eco-Harmony Café: Serving organic, healthy, and balanced plant-based meals to the community.
Organic Lifestyle Store: Offering a variety of organic fresh produce, dried goods, functional foods, and eco-friendly lifestyle products.
Holistic Wellness Symposium: Inspiring health and wellness through education and
expert-led discussions.
Workshops and Courses: Covering topics such as health, wellness, nutrition, yoga, and
holistic living practices.
Rejuvenation Retreats: Providing detoxification programs and wellness training for
those seeking a revitalized lifestyle.
Our Inspiration
Eco-Harmony draws inspiration from the pioneering work of health experts such as Dr. Huang Ding Yin, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, and Dr. Dean Ornish. Their groundbreaking research on preventing and reversing chronic diseases has profoundly influenced our mission. Notably, in 2010, Dr. Esselstyn and Dr. Ornish played a pivotal role in guiding former U.S. President Bill Clinton toward adopting transformative dietary and lifestyle changes after his second coronary bypass.
At Eco-Harmony, we strive to empower individuals to lead healthier lives while contributing to a more sustainable and compassionate world.
